In today’s fast-paced world, motivation and getting into the right school are a great start—but “good enough” isn’t enough to thrive anymore. After years leading Talent Acquisition teams, I’ve seen firsthand how executive functioning skills—like time management, organization and self-awareness—are what truly sets people apart.
As a HR leader and executive coach, I’ve supported individuals and organizations around the globe in building high-performance habits that last. Time and time again, executives would tell me, “I wish I had learned these skills earlier.” That insight inspired my shift to working with young adults—to help them build these foundational abilities sooner, not later.
My work has included leading global culture and integration initiatives, as well as in-person coaching across Australia, Europe, China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology, and a Master of Human Resource Management. I’m also an accredited facilitator and coach.
Now based in Boise, Idaho (by way of Australia), I help young adults strengthen their executive functioning skills to create meaningful, long-term success—in college, in their careers, and in life.
I offer consultations in person for students based in Boise, ID or nationwide via Zoom.
